This company would get a 10 out of a five star review. It is operated by three brothers Who know how to run a business with superior customer service and skill. Communication was exceptional beginning from the initial point of contact. My call was returned in a timely manner, communication was respectful, and questions answered knowledgeably. I was provided quotes and contract via email for review & approval. They were accommodating with service dates and kept me up-to-date if there was a concern with weather conditions that might impact the scheduled date. They notified me when they were in route and were prompt with arrival time. In addition they had the machinery/equipment and trucks (all the tools) to get the job done efficiently and timely. They wore protective clothing and hats/eyewear for safety. The 3 worked in total sync with each other anticipating what needed to be done and when. They had protective shields that blocked my front door & windows from potential harm/breakage when grinding a stump close to house. Not only were they proficient with the use of the machine to remove trees but their individual skill set with notching a tree and have it fall exactly where they anticipated it. A few of these trees were very tall so it was impressive to watch!! They were not put out when at the last minute I asked if they could possibly remove two additional trees before they left. They did the job exactly as they quoted they would, the work environment when they left was probably cleaner than when they arrived. The cost of the job was very reasonable. They worked the whole day with a lunch break, no waste of time ! I really cannot say enough about this company and will definitely be using them again very soon at my primary residence which is about an hour away. I'll just start by saying this company has some of the most genuine people I have ever met. I can list the accolades of how the job was done in a timely manner, or that they were very professional, or that they were very courteous and very AFFORDABLE. However, these are all standards that a company should be. This company goes beyond that. They are beautiful, kind, and respectful. They aren't about their profit margins. Instead, their focus is on helping their customers needs first and leaving the jobsite better then it was when they first got there. They utilize top of the line equipment and are extremely knowledgeable in this line of work. You can call around if you want. However, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and give Triple R Tree a call and have them come out and meet you. I bet you'll wish they could stay longer. Once again I highly recommend Triple R Tree Service for all your tree removal and stump grinding/removal needs. Aaron, Jordan, and everyone we have had the pleasure to meet with Triple R Tree Service are top notch and the most professional and hard working company (they are a family owned business) you could ever work with. This is the second time they have been to our home to remove multiple trees. This time some of the trees were over 100 feet tall but with their state of the art equipment (106 foot crane truck w/grapple and saw and their high lift equipment) they were able to safely bring down the trees with no damage to our property. They ground all the stumps and removed all limbs and debris associated with this huge process. All limbs are chipped onsite and large wood is hauled away. Your property is immaculate when they complete the job. From start to finish Aaron communicates with you, they arrive promptly when they schedule your time, they work diligently and safely and are very respectful of your property the entire time they are with you. Their price is very fair, their work is exceptional, their business is professionally and safely run, their values are deep rooted, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend Triple R Tree Service LLC . They are a owned and operated professional tree service utilizing state of the art equipment that can reach over 100 feet to safely cut and lower sections of trees avoiding any (i.e.poles, power lines, roofs, other trees etc.) I would not recommend anyone else to remove trees close to my house without this type of equipment. I have used Triple R Tree Service three times over the past few years and it has always been a pleasure to talk to Aaron to get a quote and schedule a service. They show up on time and perform a detailed service and leave your property clean and neat . I believe they are the right professional to do your tree work.

Aaron and his brothers could not be recommended to a higher degree. They were thorough, completed the work they agreed to, did it on time, efficiently, and have the coolest state of the art tools! They were competitive to earn my business, reasonable in evaluating the scope of work, and true experts at what they do - and punctual as well! Rarely do I find I can hire a service and not be left with some sort of issue to be dissatisfied with but that was not the case with Triple R! Literally could not be more satisfied with the work completed. They removed 4 50’+ pines, ground the stumps, and graded the areas to foster future growth. And they did this without breaking my bank and with kindness and pure professional expertise. If you’re debating their services, stop it. There is no reason to think about it anymore. Hire them.

I had a rather large mimosa tree directly behind my garage with just enough passageway to the side of my garage to get the equipment to it. In addition my yard is very soft which was the major concern about having the tree removed. But Aaron assured me my yard would not be torn up. I found him to be a man of his word. The job took less than 45 minutes including clean-up, grinding stump and fill-in. Triple R is top-notch and I highly recommend them for tree removal, stump grinding services and any other services they provide. They are courteous, professional, highly trained, on-time, and reasonable.

Aaron was very friendly and professional when contacted. He was able to come by the same day and look at the job I needed and gave a quote which was very reasonable. He contacted me that he and his crew would be able to come by the next day to do the job. Aaron was prompt to let me know status of arrival. He and his brothers were organized and through with the job and when completed, I asked "what trees?" They had prepared areas that it's practically impossible to know trees existed. Aaron and his brothers are some of the nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend Triple R for your tree service needs

The crew of three removed a large Oak next to my house using a robotic grapple saw. No climbing. It took approx. 5 hours to complete the job, which included removing all wood from my property and cleanup. They assessed the property to figure out the best way to get their equipment to the site without causing damage to my yard. All three men were polite and very professional. Their pricing was fair. I would highly recommend using this tree service. It was amazing to watch them work!

The young men who own this company are very polite, professional and efficient. Their pricing is very reasonable, they work fast and are very organized. They think of everything like putting down pads for machines so there are no tracks in your yard. The clean up was immaculate my yard looked better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company if you need any tree work. I was very impressed and happy with everything they did!

I was out of town when the project started and Aaron kept me updated with pictures and text every step of the way. When I got to the site I was very impressed with how efficient and neat the team ran the job. It was VERY IMPRESSIVE to watch them work with such precision and skill ! The site was left very clean and all debris was hauled away. I would definitely highly recommend the company and will use them again.

Would highly recommend Triple R Tree service. Aaron had great communication both before and day of service. They showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job taking 4 large pine trees down close to our house. Their equipment is beyond professional. They have invested a tremendous amount of time and money to ensure that each job is handled in the time frame that was quoted and completed above expectations.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! They took all the stress out of what was a very stressful and scarey situation. We had 2 huge pine trees right behind the house struck by lightning. They came in and it was amazing to watch them all work together like a well oiled machine. They cleaned everything up so well you can hardly tell any trees were taken down. They are the best!!!!

Triple R Tree Service was used to trim several trees to a higher level to improve lake view and remove drooping weaker limbs. This family business is equipped to do the job in a safe and professional manner. They took care to protect the yard and cleaned up all debris very well. This is a dependable, honest company and would not hesitate to use them again and will refer others to them.

Triple R is does amazing work! They are professional, courteous, efficient, and simply great at what they do! They removed two 100+ feet trees from my yard that were adjacent to a large amount of expensive landscaping: lawn, flowers, bushes, and extensive brick work. They protected everything and their cleanup was meticulous! If you need tree service, call Triple R!!!

These guys are the best! If I had one word to describe them it would be professional! Professional in every way from coming out and giving quote to keeping us informed on the day they would come. They kept an eye on the weather to ensure our yard had the least damage it could. They came, did the work and cleaned up! Highly recommend and will use again!!!

Triple R was a here within days for an estimate and called back to come perform the work earlier than we anticipated. They were on time, texted to let us know they were en-route, friendly and professional. All were very respectful of our time and our property. They obviously take pride in their equipment and work as a team. You will not be disappointed.

Aaron and his brothers did an excellent job at our home. They replaced windows and doors, replaced our front porch railings, covered the wood with vinyl and added gutters. Aaron and his crew are very skilled, have excellent modern equipment and get the job done fast. Aaron is also very knowledgeable about trees which was helpful. It was so nice to have a good, honest, reliable tree company we knew could do the job when a huge white oak tree had decayed to the point it needed to be taken down!

I am very pleased with their services. They have very sophisticated and advanced tools/machinery to do the job. They trimmed a huge tree for me with so much ease that no one else would dare to touch. I was first concerned about the amount of risk involved, but when I saw their machinery, all my concerns were eliminated. Really a very professional team!

This company did a great job. The entire crew was very professional and had no problems with answering my questions. We would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for tree service. Really nice people. We went from an area of rotting trees to pretty much a blank canvas in a couple of days.

This company is a well oiled machine. Family owned and very coureous. They did a tremendous job taking down 2 very big maple trees. They showed up, did exactly what they said they'd do and a little more. Cleaned up all the grounds. Very reasonable pricing. I will have them back in spring to trim some other trees.

I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I called them one day. The very next day they were there cutting down the trees I needed removed. They took care cleaning up and made sure all was satisfactory. Thank you for a great job!

I can't say enough about this company. Everything from start to finish was great. Price, efficiency, quality and especially the communication. Aaron kept me up to date and informed the entire time, as I live in VA and the property is in NC and I could not be onsite. I will absolutely call them again!

Triple R came quickly when we called them to remove a storm damaged tree that was leaning towards our neighbor's house. They did a superior job. Very friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up when done. We will use their tree services again.

Great guys. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend them and I would use them again. We were amazed at how well the clean up was when the job was completed.

Triple R Tree Service is a family run business. They are very professional and affordable. I've used their services twice and am very happy with the outcome.

The crew were very professional and efficient. They removed a tree 65. Ft. tall grown into an old shelter safely in 29 minutes with no damage. Absolutely perfect job.
